Relating to surgical smoke.

Abstract

Requires hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers to adopt policies that require use of smoke evacuation system during surgical procedures likely to generate surgical smoke. Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to enforce requirement during on-site inspections.
